Wood Doors:

We are capable of providing you with countless types of wood doors. We are a leading distributor for Algoma Hardwoods, but we can also supply doors from Mohawk, Maiman, Chappell, Appalachian Door, V.T. Industries, and many more. We have listed a chart of some of the construction options, and these choices can be combined for almost limitless possibilities. Wood doors can be manufactured at any size for new projects or renovations of existing buildings. We are also a UL and Warnock-Hersey approved shop, so we can label doors in our shop.

Cores: Stile & Rail, 5 ply-bonded core (PC-5), 7 ply-bonded core (PC-7), 7 ply-floating core (FPC-7) and Hollow Core (HC)

Veneers: White and Red Birch, White and Red Oak, Mahogany, Cherry, Maple, and many others

Veneer Matching: Book, Slip, and Random

Assembled Face Match: Running, Balance, and Center

Cuts: Rotary, Plain Sliced, Rift Cut, Quartered, Etc.

Fire Rating: None, 20 min, 45 min (C), 60 min (B), 90 min (B)

All of these can be provided in different veneer grades from paint grade to AA grade (AWI).

Panel Doors are available with several construction options.
Stile and Rail – Traditional method provides most durable construction and best finishing options. For design examples, click here.

Artisan Series from Algoma – This is an economical alternative for stained paneled doors.
Composite Doors with Raised Panels – An inexpensive option for panel requirements on paint grade doors. Very popular in hotels.

Acoustic Doors
We can get you wood acoustical doors to meet any specification. Typical manufacturers are Ambico, Overly, and others. Doors can be provided with a Sound Transmission Class (STC) from 33 to 50, and these doors can be flush or with windows.

Specialty Doors
Wood doors can be provided to meet any architectural need. We offer arch top doors, paneled doors of any pattern (6-panel etc), hardboard doors, large doors, lead-lined doors, hidden doors, embossed doors, or any other door you can imagine.
